Ted Bowling Construction can handle all types of commercial work-industrial facilities, warehouse complexes, retail stores, restaurants, garages, parking areas or parking structures or governmental facilities-we are capable of many types of projects.
Commercial projects differ in that they can encompass walls, sidewalks, pavement, slabs, or foundation work. We are capable of handling any or all these types of jobs.
Concrete Curbs
Concrete curbs are great for residential or business developments. Curbs serve as a barrier along paved streets and parking lots. Curbs help with parking management and ensuring vehicles remain the desired area.
Handicap curbs and ramps are necessary in both residential and commercial developments, in order to meet Americans with Disabilities (ADA) compliancy.
Concrete Gutters
The most important function of a concrete gutter is to divert water to storm drains – if gutters are not used water would simply remain on streets or in parking lots. Gutters are formed, poured and finished based on project specifications. We are able to install new project gutters or during renovation work, all while ensuring they will be ADA compliant.
Handicap Curbs and Ramps
Americans with Disabilities (ADA), has many standards that must be complied with. We are here to ensure that all specifications are met, both within the laws and for the ease of use. We can help ensure that you have a ramp vs a sidewalk or that the curb meets necessary standards.

Flatwork
Anything That is horizontal is considered flatwork, but it is not as simple as mix and pour. Flatwork requires knowledge of proper mix and reinforcement, for each specific area and our team has that experience.
